Prices for paid content are listed on each product page. Payment is processed via Stripe (credit card only). Cancellations and refunds are not accepted after payment is completed.

BGM content provided by the Service may be used for both free and commercial purposes, including:

• Commercial content

The following are prohibited:

• Redistribution or resale of the content itself
• Claiming ownership or copyright of the content
• Filing Content ID or similar claims against third-party content

• Activities that violate laws or public morals
• Transferring or sharing your account with third parties

The Service is not liable for any damages arising from the use of its content, or from service interruptions or termination.

The Service may change or terminate its content without prior notice.
