Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Getting Sound ("the Service"), a royalty-free BGM download service. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Prices for paid content are listed on each product page. Payment is processed via Stripe (credit card only). Cancellations and refunds are not accepted after payment is completed, except in cases where a file has a material defect (see the Legal Disclosure page).

The terms of use for BGM content provided by the Service are as set out on the License page. By downloading or purchasing content, you agree to those license terms.

Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing paid content. If a minor purchases paid content without such consent, the Service may cancel the transaction in accordance with applicable consumer protection and civil laws.

• Unauthorized access or interference with the Service
• Activities that violate laws or public morals
• Unauthorized acquisition, resale, or sharing of download tokens

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is not liable for any damages arising from the use of its content, or from service interruptions or termination. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by the Service's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

The Service may change or terminate its content without prior notice.

These terms may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws.
